People's organizational psychology is based on the study of human behavior in the workplace. This helps the organization understand the people and the way their work functions clearly through their performances which is reflected through behavior. The steady psychological aspect affects and benefits to enhance and emphasize the employee and organization.

workers who work in a positive environment are usually more efficient and productive than the ones in a negative environment. Hence, it is important for an employee to be psychologically happy and satisfied to give his/her 100% to the workplace at all times.

Psychological principles can thus be used to bring about a major change in the workplace in terms of an employee's performance, communication, satisfaction, and safety. which mainly affect any employee drastically.
